🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
At VitaCell Wellness, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.
✉️ How to Cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, simply inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.
We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your order, with no fees applied.
📦 Conditions for Returns
To ensure your items are eligible for a return:
Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
Goods must be in their original packaging and condition
Items that cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Items that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date
Items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for health or hygiene reasons
Items that are inseparably mixed with other products
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

We recommend using insured and trackable mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.
🎁 Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
