Experiences are personal and subjective.
🏋️♀️ PLACEMENT FOR ACTIVITY & TRAINING
Feel More Aware and Comfortable During Workouts
Many users report that strategic placement enhances their awareness and comfort while moving:
Women: Pods can be worn inside a sports bra or supportive garment — ensure balanced placement on each side for comfort and symmetry.
Men and Women: Pods can be attached with kinesiology tape or elastic bands to the chest, upper back, or shoulders.
Other common placement areas include:
Lower spine
Top of glutes
Mid-thighs
Ankles or inside socks for cardio sessions
Tips from experienced users:
Place pods ~30 minutes before activity to get a comfortable sense of support; 2 hours prior is optional for personal preference.
For targeted movement (e.g., biceps, shoulders, legs), adjust placement based on what feels most comfortable.
Typically, users wear 4 pods for activity, but this can be adjusted individually.

Feel Balanced Throughout the Day
Pods can also be positioned on areas that feel stiff, tense, or in need of gentle support:
